We will also issue a refund in the event that the shipment did not meet its destination within 6 weeks, as long as a legitimate shipping address (where the intended recipient will accept the shipment) was provided by the purchaser.

| REFUND PROCEDURE

| If you would like to request a refund, please complete our online form. Please include the reason for your refund request. If your refund request is valid, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and you will be asked to return the product. We will promptly issue a refund of the purchase price when we have received the returned product. Returned product without the RMA boldly displayed on the outside of the package will not be received.
